Insulock Thermocovers are designed and manufactured in Australia using a non combustible inside cover. We nominate the appropriate insulation material and thickness to suit the application. They are then finished with a non combustible outside cover that resists tears and abrasions.
Our purchase of new handheld 3D Scanning technology and the latest computer modelling programs ensures that Insulock can design a Removable Thermocover to cover just about anything.

All designs are then converted to a digital cut pattern where the appropriate materials are cut using a computer controlled robotic plotter cutting table to ensure unrivalled accuracy.
Thermocovers have concealed internal stitching as well as external stitching to extend the life, water resistance and durability of each cover.
Insulock Thermocovers are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion.
